     The Peace Kitchen at Lotus Shores Yoga Resort is a whole-food, plant-based café and restaurant. They source their produce from their own vegetable garden and the island’s organic farms. Meals are made from scratch. Nothing from a can or plastic bag. Must try dishes include: falafel bowl, kimchi burrito, Indian curries, and Kare Kare, a traditional Filipino dish with a vegan twist. Vegetarian/vegans will love it here because there’s simply nowhere else like this in Siargao and meat-eaters can enjoy getting out of their comfort zone and trying something new.  Lotus Shores is sure to have something for everyone!
